Its just 1 piece of chicken thigh and drumstick with 2 whole corns and 1 carrot and a few pieces of button mushrooms with wolfberries and red dates and some salt...healthy?? hahaha. Needa control my weight..3kg in 2 weeks was toooo much...but for baby's sake..no choice..and now she's right on track, time for me to cut down on carbs. Loving my corn soup!
