ohhhh...NOW I KNOW WHY I CAN'T SLEEP!

IT WAS THE NESTING INSTICT!!! my room was too damn bloody messy. The clothes were all over the place, the wardrobe was unkempt...the dirty clothes were BLAH. the table is messy...yea realised? i used the word messy. After all the clean up, I made myself a cuppa mother milk...lol...it was a free sample from the babycare festival that i went to. Mamil gold. The milk powder for pregnant or lactating mums. So, i made myself a cup. They stated that the water couldn't be boiling. So after boiling the water, i added iced water and i forgot it was iced water so the temperature of the boiling water actually dropped more than normal water. So they recommended 45 degree celcius...but i think i over did it and it became around 30 plus....but it was still warm..i gulp it down and i am feeling the zzzz's coming in...YAY! needa spam milk b4 i sleep everynight. needa wash my clothes tmr morning....and teach.....2 students tmr! 10-11 11-12. ^^
