Stomach is measuring small...

So by right I am aorund 34 weeks pregnant...but my fundal height ( the length from pubic bone to the top of the uterus) is only 31...and uterus usualyl grows 1cm per week...so my tummy is actually measuring 31 weeks only...no wonder ppl say I dun look like as if I am popping soon...=.=
