Why I choose to breastfeed...(advantages of breastfeeding)

Yes to people who dunno me...i am 100% FOR breastfeeding (BF). So there are a couple of reasons why I choose to BF.

1. I will enjoy the special closeness with the baby as it is the most satisfying experience and leads to better bonding
2. The baby gets to feel my softness and warmth, listen to the sound of my voice, see my face and enjoy the sucking
3. my milk contains antibodies and other substances which reduces the likelihood of infection, constipation, obesity, colic and allergies.
4. The milk itself is easier for the baby to digest, perfect temperature and best..its FREE.
5. BF help the uterus to contract faster so nursing mothers can go back to shape more easily.
