Dinner/supper! I had spring onion ginger beef rice and seaweed soup and pineapple juice. Hopefully the pineapple will work wonders....i packed 2 cans of coconut and 3 cans of pineapple back also. If the pineapple doens't work the wonders...hopefully the vitamin c will help with my incoming sore throat! Full full full...time to hang out a while and go sleep...
