I just had my tom yum noodles and a cuppa iced horlicks...CRAP. Gonna die of fatness....By this friday, if my weight hasn't increased 3kg since the last, I WOULD LAUGH MY HEAD OFF. But...I can't help it..I'm always hungry....my appetite dropped last week..but now..ITS BACK. What is it doing back?!?!?! Gonna juice my day tmr...survive on juice for the next 2 days. And maybe some protein shake. NO CARBS!! Strictly NO CARBS, NO SUGAR. Go for more walks. Up my exercise...or rather..START exercising..its time to exercise..but i'll rest my legs for 1 day or 2...have been walking WAY too much these few days...the balls of my feet still ache till now...maybe go for a cheap foot massage and that's it.
Oh yea..there's one preggers symptom that I think i didn't share...BACKNE...very bad...BACK ACNE...Does anybody have a remedy for it? Or will it just go away...its not growing on my face or wad..its growing on my back and a few on my chest..
And my tummy is starting to itch again...skin is stretching!!! Gonna lather up on the lotion.
